The curriculum includes the sciences of nutrition, coaching techniques, customer psychology, setting up an online coaching business, and practical experience sections. A certificate is provided.

If the tasks of the program are being fulfilled and there is consistency, achieving results is inevitable. We are not targeting results, but lifelong changes.

Nutrition plans are prepared entirely individually, taking into account everyone's body type, lifestyle, purpose, and health condition. No "ready-made diet" is given.

Included are recommendations for your suitable calorie needs, daily menus, alternative choices, recipes, meal times, and water balance.

Our marathons are 10 or 21-day programs. They are suitable for anyone who wants to lose weight, tone up, or learn balanced eating. Daily tasks, recipes, and a support group are included.

Of course. Initially, your health condition is inquired and unsuitable foods are eliminated, with alternatives being suggested.

Our programs are primarily intended for individuals over the age of 18. However, for adolescents and children under 18, a program can be arranged with a personalized approach when parental supervision and consent is provided. In this case, the individual's health condition, growth process, and daily routine are specifically taken into account.
